To take control of all private functions, conferences, weddings. You must be extremely well organised and forward thinking. Able to work from you own initiative and able to build on existing business. Must have excellent communication and written skills. With good knowledge of food. Monday - Friday 9-5 with Saturdays for wedding

Taking charge of your own section creating and presenting your own dishes.
Full time waiter/ waitress
Guaranteed 30 hours per week must have own transport. Some experience will be an advantage.
